Alleleustrious pmWasabi- Farnesyl is a mammalian expression vector that expresses mWasabi fused to a C-terminal farnesylation signal from human HRAS (Homo sapiens v-Ha-ras Harvey rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog). This product can be used as a marker for plasma membrane. Alleleustrious mWasabi is a monomeric green fluorescent protein that can be easily detected using standard GFP filter sets.
