Alleleustrious pmWasabi-VSV-G is a mammalian expression vector that expresses mWasabi fused to the C-terminus of VSV-G, or Vesicular Stomatitis Indiana virus G protein precursor. The VSV-G protein typically mediates fusion with endosomal membrane. Alleleustrious mWasabi is a monomeric green fluorescent protein that can be easily detected using standard GFP filter sets.
