pAllele-MCS-IRES-LanRFP fluorescent protein vector contains an IRES site and a Multiple Cloning Site (MCS). The addition of the IRES site and a MCS allows a gene of interest and the LanRFP gene to be translated concurrently from the same mRNA transcript.
