Alleleustrious Promoterless pmTFP1 is a promoterless vector expressing the teal fluorescent protein mTFP1. The properties of Alleleustrious mTFP1 are superior to those of the commonly used Aequorea victoria variant ECFP and which can be easily detected in mammalian cells using standard CFP filter sets.
