Retrovirus booster is a specially formulated cocktail designed to increase retrovirus titer 5 - 10 fold when used with our Gryphon Retrovirus Packaging cell line or the popular Phoenix retrovirus packaging cell line. Just add 1µl for each µg of plasmid when you transfect your cells.
