ABiCholangiocytes
Allele’s iPSC-derived cholangiocytes (ABiCholangiocytes) exhibit a well-defined biliary epithelial phenotype, with strong expression of CK19, CK7. Under appropriate culture conditions, these cells form cystic spheroids that demonstrate forskolin-responsive chloride transport and associated cyst swelling, supporting functional CFTR signaling. These characteristics make them well suited for studying biliary physiology, epithelial ion transport, cystic fibrosis, and drug screening applications.
