ABiKupffer
Allele’s iPSC-derived Kupffer cells (ABiKupffer) exhibit a liver-associated macrophage phenotype, expressing key markers including TIMD4, MARCO, LYVE1, CD68, CD163, and CD206. Their expression profile supports the acquisition of Kupffer-like characteristics associated with liver-resident macrophages. These cells provide a relevant human model for studying hepatic innate immunity, inflammatory signaling, and interactions between immune cells and other liver cell populations.
