Why mRNA? As a part of our research and development for cellular reprogramming we created a very strong mRNA expression platform. This platform, which allows for footprint-free expression, enables an unmatched degree of expression control and efficiency. These properties made mRNA the logical choice for CRISPR/Cas9.

Currently we offer a CRISPR/Cas9 service that can be customized to your needs. We can start with a supplied cell type or we can generate iPSC's providing you with a modified stem cell line.
