PD-L1 mRNA [100 ug]

Our PD-L1 mRNA encodes programmed death-ligand 1 protein and has been validated to produce robust, membrane-localized expression across multiple mammalian cell lines. This reagent enables high and quick PD-L1 overexpression and is well-suited for applications such as antibody characterization, binding and blockade studies, and assay development. Its use provides a reliable system for evaluating PD-1/PD-L1–directed therapeutic candidates in vitro. Allele’s mRNA can be delivered into mammalian cells using standard transfection reagents, enabling rapid and robust protein expression without the need for DNA transfection.
