RFP-nAb™ Magnetic Agarose Kit (20 Reactions)

The RFP-nAb Magnetic Agarose Kit allows for quick and convenient pulldown of RFP (mCherry and the mFruits) from solution. 10µl of RFP-nAb™ magnetic slurry binds a minimum of 0.5µg of RFP.  This kit contains all the necessary components for a complete and clean elution. RFP-nAb™ is the ideal candidate for a variety of biological assays such as:

• Immunoprecipitation / CO-IP
• Quantitative analysis
